How it’s calculated
The same formula is used for cell percentage and MFI:
Difference (%) = |New − Old| ÷ Old × 100
The result is rounded to 2 decimal places. A value passes when the rounded difference is at or below its acceptance limit, so the pass/fail decision always matches the number shown. Whether the new lot reads higher or lower is shown alongside the result.
